Our Quality Guarantee
Every personalized item is inspected by our QC team before shipment. If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund — no need to return the product.
Defective or Damaged Items
- Email us at support@echoment.com to open a return request.
- Attach clear photos or a short video of the issue, along with a brief description.
- We will process your refund or send a replacement within 48 hours.
No return shipment required — for quality issues, simply provide the evidence above. We cover all costs.
Non-Quality Returns
To be eligible for a return for non-quality reasons, all of the following must be met:
- Item in original condition, all labels and seals intact and undamaged
- Original packaging intact and undamaged
- No signs of use; all included accessories present and unused
If eligible, follow these steps:
- Contact us within 99 days of delivery to request a return and obtain the return address.
- Pay for return shipping and provide the tracking label to our customer service team.
- Once we receive the label, we will process your refund.
Crafting fee notice: Personalized items returned for non-quality reasons receive a 70% refund. A 30% crafting fee is deducted to cover customization costs. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

- Quality issue: 100% full refund, no return needed
- Non-quality return: 70% refund (30% crafting fee deducted)
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for non-quality returns
- Please allow 2–3 weeks for returned items to reach our warehouse before the refund is issued
